GRAPHIC DESIGN TV & Video

Motion graphics, TV spots and video projects are usually expensive to produce and very time consuming - but they don’t have to be. I have always tried to show clients TV and video concepts and ideas that are inexpensive and more importantly... unique. Most local TV commercials are poorly done and completely unoriginal. Corporate video presentation don’t have to put everyone asleep. Take a look below to see what I’m talking about.

The photography work shown here is mine in its entirety. The design work is a culmination of projects, designed by me, throughout my career. Some of the work showcased was done at agencies and companies that I have worked for in the past and are not clientele of Jeffrey D. Morgan Creative Photography & Design.

Shuler’s Jewelers Engagement TV Spot

A short 10 sec. TV spot that aired directly after a 20 sec. STYLE network wedding show promo. This was a very simple to produce motion graphics piece. The voice over was professionally done.

Scott Honda TV Spot

For this 30 sec. TV spot I had no footage of Honda cars and had to show that they had sport cars, luxury cars and family cars. I animated the windows and cars using only pictures of Honda cards and created a lot of the sound effects myself with simple microphone recordings.

Solstice Neurosciences Convention Video

Solstice, a pharmaceutical company, had a theme of “2007 - Licensed To Sell” for their 2007 sales convention. They wanted an opening video that conveyed this James Bond theme and talked to their sales team about this being their year to really make this young company shine. I used the Carly Simon song “Nobody Does It Better” from The Spy Who Loved me as the music and modeled the graphics after the signature Bond movie opening credits.

Shulers “Hockey” TV Spot

Talk about low budget... I filmed the store owner in our lunchroom with a simple red backdrop and one light. The photo album photos I took myself and simply animated the images, as opposed to filming the book.
